We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that circumstances change! If you’d like to cancel your Growler Club membership, we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.
How to Cancel
Simply click the button below to complete our cancellation request form. Once you’ve submitted the form, our team will process your request, and you’ll receive a confirmation email within 72 hours.
Important Information
Cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
If you cancel mid-month, your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Rejoining is always an option! We’d love to have you back anytime.

Wine Returns
We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error.
Please send an email to marla@bigsbysfolly.com or call the tasting room at (720) 485-3158 to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product, if a shipment was damaged or flawed, or if wine was ordered in error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
