Valentine's Day Wine Dinner
Wednesday, February 14, 2024  - 6pm Welcome / 6:30pm Dinner

 

Love is in the air!  Celebrate Valentine's Day with romantic 4-course dinner at Bigsby's, crafted by the talented members of our kitchen team lead by Executive Chef Brian Smith.  Take home a custom-labeled, souvenir bottle of Rosé or our Red Wine Blend with your photo for +$49.  A great way to remember you special night!

Please alert us to allergies, dietary restrictions, and seating preferences in that same questionnaire. This dinner is completely gluten-free.

Winemaker's Enhancement:
A very special (3oz) pour of our first vintage ROCK DRILL from our library collection. We only have a few bottles left of this 2014 masterpiece.  This might be the last time to try it before it's gone!

$99 Per Person includes welcome beverage and a four-course (food/beverage) pairing dinner.  6pm Welcome.  6:30pm Dinner.  Add the Winemaker Enhancement for +$10.  

FIRST COURSE

Fanny Bay (West Coast) Oysters / ginger mignonette, tamari caviar, scallion (3 per person)

Wine Pairing:  Bigsby's Brut Cuvee Sparking Wine

SECOND COURSE

Spinach & Lentil Salad / candied bacon, dill vinaigrette, goat cheese

Wine Pairing:  Bone-Dry Riesling

THIRD COURSE

Surf & Turf / oven roasted beef tenderloin and cod, red bliss potatoes, saffron white bean puree, chorizo demi

Wine Pairing:  Zinfandel

FORTH COURSE

Pistachio Torte / white chocolate ganache, raspberry preserves, pistachio brittle

Wine Pairing:  Reserve Pinot Noir   Enhancement:  2014 Library Rock Drill
